Hiking up Mt. Olympus, one thing became clear to our founder: progress isn’t linear. Conditions change. Decisions matter. The path to the Skala Summit—2,912 meters—demands respect. Many turn back; few rise to the challenge. Our firm’s name derives from that journey. The climb to the top is reserved for the determined.
